We will pick you up from Dong Hoi (hotel, airport, railway station), meet and greet then going to Phong Nha - Ke Bang national park which is well-known for more than 300 caves. Phong Nha cave, 45 km away from Dong Hoi city, is the earliest cave open to tourists and for which the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, the village of Son Trach area named after. Arrive at Visitor Centre, after a few minutes of paperwork process, you will take a boat cruise to Phong Nha cave on the Son river (Son means scarlet color which the water turns to during the flood season), chillaxing on the boat with beautiful views of corn field, water buffalos, catholic church and catholic cemetery, distant clouds and sunlight, .... Phong Nha was the beginning sector of the Ho Chi Minh trail which was bombed heavily during Vietnam war. From this area, supply truck convoy entered Laos via famous pass of Mu Gia - place where the first B52 carpet bombs dropped.
